A Plus Settlement Services, Inc., is an independently owned title agency that began in 2000 with a desire to help individuals and families achieve their dream of homeownership. With a staff accumulation of more than 40 years of experience in real estate settlement, title insurance, and examination practices, we are your professional partners and are honored to assist you with your next real estate transaction.

Vicki Ott, Owner

I am the proud mother of three grown children, grandmother of three beautiful granddaughters, and a member of the Dublin Mills Community Church. Having grown up and lived in Fulton County, Pennsylvania, I have a deep appreciation for those who live and work in and around my hometown, as well as the surrounding counties. Familiar with the landscape, farmlands, towns and rural flavor of beautiful south-central Pennsylvania, I have a desire to assist people in achieving their dream of home ownership.

Cultivating a strong work ethic straight from high school, I began my real estate career working in a law firm where I learned the real estate settlement process from the ground up. I am a licensed title agent for both Pennsylvania and Maryland. I also have experience in the mortgage industry and am able to use my extensive knowledge to anticipate potential roadblocks in the process and assist lenders and real estate agents in resolving these issues to keep the deal moving to completion. I truly enjoy my job and look forward to developing a successful partnership with you.

Erin, Processor/Closing Agent (PA)

I joined the A Plus team in September of 2016. Born and raised in Franklin County, Pennsylvania, it’s still where I call home today with my husband and our son. I began my career in the real estate settlement industry straight out of high school as a title searcher. I have also held various positions in the banking industry dealing with both residential and commercial loans, as well as years of experience working in a law firm and in 2018 becoming a licensed Pennsylvania title agent. All of these jobs have helped to grow my knowledge of the settlement process from beginning to end.

Erin, Processor/Closing Agent

Jordan, Processor/Closing Agent (PA & MD)

I joined the A Plus team in June of 2019. I was born and raised in Fulton County, Pennsylvania. Currently, my husband and I, together with our two daughters, make our home in beautiful Franklin County, Pennsylvania. I attend Greencastle Baptist Church and enjoy volunteering my time to various projects. I am particularly passionate about my work with the Fulton County Camp Cadet program where I have volunteered for the past 15+ years.

Jordan, Processor/Closing Agent

I joined the A Plus team in June of 2019. I was born and raised in Fulton County, Pennsylvania. Currently, my husband and I, together with our two daughters, currently make our home in beautiful Franklin County, Pennsylvania. I attend Grace Bible Church in Greencastle and enjoy volunteering my time to various projects. I am particularly passionate about my work with the Fulton County Camp Cadet program where I have volunteered for the past 15+ years.

I have a Master’s degree in counseling from Shippensburg University and prior to joining A Plus, worked as an Academic Advisor for the John L. Grove College of Business at Shippensburg University. My husband and I own a photography/videography company that works primarily with real estate agents to showcase their listings.

Although I am new to the real estate title industry, I am enjoying learning the ins and outs of the business and recently became a licensed Maryland title agent. I look forward to working with you to complete your next transaction.

Stacy, Processor (PA)

I joined the A Plus team in December of 2013. I was born and raised just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, and now reside in beautiful Franklin County, PA, with my son. I began my career in the banking industry as a teller and worked my way through various positions within the industry, including working in the mortgage department to process residential and commercial loans, as well as construction loans.

Prior to joining the team, I worked in St. Augustine, FL, as a mortgage loan processer for a regional lender where I learned more about real estate loan processing. The skills that I brought from the loan industry have moved seamlessly into the title industry and help me provide excellent customer service to our clients and business partners. I enjoy working through the closing process with customers to help them achieve their homeownership goals and I look forward to meeting you and assisting with your transaction.
